LAKELAND – S&D Real Estate Services announced on Wednesday the launch of a commercial real estate sales division.
S&D will join the commercial real estate industry as a boutique brokerage option for commercial and investment clients both on and off the MLS, according to a press release.
S&D Real Estate’s heavy involvement in the community allows close connections with developers and city planners to ensure commercial clients gain the best investment opportunities, the release stated.
“This division will cater to the middle sector of the commercial Real Estate world,” said Dee McDonough, broker and owner of S&D Real Estate Services, LLC. “We will fill the gap between the large corporate entities and the smaller one-man shops.”
McDonough has named David Quinones as the Director of this new division. She added, “David brings with him extensive experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry including building and managing several Lakeland-based companies with a focus in the industrial and distribution space.”
