The Young Professionals Network from the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee has recognized five rising stars in the local real estate industry.

From community service involvement to leadership pursuits, these five agents represent a young group of go-getters who share the common bonds of professionalism, dedication and perseverance.

Earlier this year, real estate agents under the age of 40 were eligible to apply to the program. After careful review of each application by members of the YPN Committee, these five agents were selected as the “Class of 2021 Realtors to Watch Under 40.”

• David Crawford, broker/owner, Catalist Realty.

• Victoria Dominguez, Realtor, Preferred Shore.

• Derek Patti, Realtor, NextHome Excellence.

• Stephen Smith, broker-associate, Elite Realty Brokerage.

• Madison Wells, Realtor, Leslie Wells Realty.

Despite the unexpected challenges faced over the last year and a half, these “Realtors to Watch” proved their worth as professionals and show potential for continued success and dedication to the profession. Their stories and achievements are highlighted in the October issue of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee magazine, ELEVATE, at https://www.myrasm.com/member-resources/news-feeds/realtor-magazine.
