Serial entrepreneur and successful realtor Mark Z took the lessons from his life experiences and turned them into a multi-million dollar property management company. He’s the CEO of JMZ Management, which is a property management company that manages over a million dollars in rent every single month. But Mark Z’s desire to expand doesn’t stop there. He lives by the motto “It’s not how much you make it’s how you invest the money you make.”
Mark Z’s mindset has carried him far. But while his real estate empire is expansive, his motivations are simple. “Being free, financially, means you can maintain your desired lifestyle without a regular paycheck. It’s about having autonomy and independence in your daily routine, allowing you to design a better life while spending your time, money, and energy in a more meaningful way.”
Mark Z’s time has been spent in the most meaningful ways possible. Mark Z Real Estate Experts is one of the highest producing real estate teams in the world; with over $1 billion dollars in sales. Mark Z is also the founder of Z Capital, a real estate private equity office focused on investing in real estate assets that lend themselves to wealth preservation and multi-generational wealth for his investors. Mark Z has used his time wisely to make an international name for himself, and he has no plans of slowing down.
But Mark Z didn’t always value his time so highly, this shift came from a near-death experience that changed his life forever. “I was at a restaurant with colleagues when I passed out and fell to the floor. They shook me awake and took me to the hospital immediately—those efforts saved my life.” The diagnosis was a rare heart condition called Brugada Syndrome, which results in an irregular heartbeat that causes sudden death. This condition strikes suddenly at middle age and took the life of his brother only a few years ago. After Mark Z survived the incident, a cardioverter-defibrillator was implanted to prevent it from happening again.
This event caused Mark Z to throw himself fully into life and showed him what truly mattered in his. “I’m grateful to my friends for saving my life, and I treasure my time with family and friends, even more, every day.” To find out more information about working with Mark Z, click here or find him on Instagram.
