DUBAI – Dubai recorded a total of 1,367 real estate and properties transactions valued at 4.4 billion in total during the week ending 19th August 2021.
According to Dubai Land Department, 204 plots were sold for AED 965.28 million, 1,163 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.18 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Jumeirah First sold for AED 38 million, followed by two lands in Al Nahda First, one sold for AED 32 million and the other for AED 31 million.
Jabal Ali First recorded the most transactions for this week by 78 sales transactions worth AED 274.77 million, followed by Al Hebiah Third with 37 sales transactions worth AED 78.7 million, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 19 sales transactions worth AED 188 million in third place.
The total value of mortgaged properties for the week was AED 998.54 million, with the highest being a land in Al Barsha South Fourth, mortgaged for AED 321 million.
66 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 344 million.
